Amaris Consulting is seeking an IoT Quality Lead for Digital & Connected Ecosystems. You will own the end-to-end quality strategy across devices, cloud services, integrations and applications.
Join an international team and help define pragmatic testing approaches, document KPIs, and drive quality across platforms, with hands-on testing of physical devices when needed.

- Extensive experience in end-to-end quality and testing for complex distributed systems.
- Experience with IoT/cloud platforms, mobile apps and backend services.
- Background working with connected devices and hardware-dependent digital products.
- Hands-on testing with physical devices, not only reports.
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple teams and external partners around a quality vision.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to bring clarity in fragmented environments.
- Experience defining or driving test strategies and quality expectations across systems.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ownership mindset with strong stakeholder management.
- Experience defining and tracking test and quality KPIs (e.g., success rates, stability, defect escape).

- Own the end-to-end quality and testing strategy across devices, cloud services, integrations and applications.
- Establish and document E2E testing scope, KPIs and quality expectations aligned with goals.
- Clarify quality ownership and interfaces between digital teams, R&D and external partners.
- Coordinate E2E testing scope across teams and vendors and consolidate results into a single quality view.
- Review test strategies and reports at component and system level; drive improvements.
- Lead E2E testing involving physical devices; perform hands-on testing as needed.
- Define pragmatic testing approaches combining manual, scenario-based and lab testing.
- Coordinate availability and use of devices for E2E testing across labs.
- Embed quality by design in early phases of platforms and products.
- Support change management and release decisions with E2E quality and risk assessments.
- Ensure IT security considerations are integrated into quality practices.
- Collaborate with customer service to improve test scenarios and digital quality.
- Define and track KPIs ahead of major launches.
- Contribute to improving digital support content, including AI-based solutions.
