Brown-Forman is seeking an Invoice to Pay Analyst to support AP operations in the Mexico market within the GBS structure. The role involves processing invoices using SAP, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring accurate payments.

The ideal candidate will have AP experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangement is available, with potential remote days.

Formación

• Degree in accounting, finance or business administration is required.
• Experience in accounts payable and ERP systems is essential.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Spanish.
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail are required.
• Experience handling international currencies and tax basics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process PO invoices through invoice processing and SAP systems.
• Research, analyze, and resolve vendor and customer issues promptly and accurately.
• Manage workflow of invoices to buyers and approvers, gathering coding and approvals.
• Collaborate with GBS and other departments to support AP operations.
• Identify root causes of errors and implement timely resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external customers.
