Job summary

Brown-Forman is seeking an Invoice to Pay Analyst to process PO invoices, resolve issues, and support global AP workflows within the GBS structure. The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with international currencies and taxes.

You will work in Guadalajara, Mexico with potential for one remote day per week. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in automated ERP invoice processing (SAP or COUPA) and bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.

Qualifications

• College/university degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
• Accounts Payable experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and international currencies/taxes.

Responsibilities

• Process PO invoices through invoice processing in SAP/COUPA.
• Research, analyze, and resolve vendor/customer issues promptly.
• Manage the global workflow of invoices to buyers and approvers.
• Gather GL coding and authorizations for timely payments.
• Cross-train with GBS team members and support management.
