Job summary

N26 is seeking a Data Analyst embedded in the Investments team to shape the development of one of Europe's leading FinTech products. You will enable product and business segments with data-driven decisions, monitoring outcomes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional teams in Barcelona.

You will design experiments, lead causal analyses, and build dashboards to monitor OKRs while collaborating with researchers, engineers, designers and product managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product or Analytics.
• 1+ year of experience in Investments or Wealth.

Responsibilities

• Set clear, measurable goals and improve forecasting and goal setting.
• Partner with analytics, engineering and product teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Design experiments and causal analyses and share actionable insights.
• Help build self-serve analytics and dashboards to monitor OKRs.
• Ensure data tracking and events are captured for future evaluation.
