Job summary

N26 is seeking an organised and self-motivated Data Analyst to be embedded in our Everyday Banking team in Barcelona, Spain. You will help shape the development of one of the world’s leading FinTech products by translating data into actionable insights that guide decision making and strategy.

You will design and evaluate experiments, build dashboards, and improve forecasting while collaborating with product, UX researchers, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product or analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods used in experimental and observational data analysis.
• Proficient in SQL and Python/R for analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing and product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor measurable targets for initiatives.
• Improve forecasting and goal-setting capabilities.
• Serve as internal data expert for stakeholders.
• Design, run and interpret A/B tests and observational analyses; provide actionable insights.
• Create clear documentation and communicate findings effectively.
• Contribute to self-serve data platform by collaborating with engineers.
• Build dashboards to monitor OKRs and business impact.
• Educate teams to improve data literacy and drive a data-driven culture.
• Collaborate with multiple analytics teams to share platforms and insights.
• Assist product discovery with data-driven hypotheses and success metrics.
