N26 Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to be embedded in the Everyday Banking team, shaping data-driven decisions for our fintech product. You will monitor, measure and analyse initiatives, driving data literacy and a data-driven culture across product teams.

You will partner with analysts, engineers, designers and product managers to build self-serve analytics, dashboards and robust experiment designs, enabling informed decisions and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product or Analytics.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods for experimental/observational data.
• Proficient in SQL and Python/R for analytics.
• Experience with common data visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Superset).
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with A/B Testing & Product Analytics.
• fintech or payments domain experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI analytics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define clear and measurable targets for initiatives and forecast/goal setting.
• Serve as internal data expert for product teams.
• Analyze initiatives, design tests, and deliver actionable insights.
• Contribute to a self-serve data platform with cross-functional peers.
• Build dashboards to monitor OKRs and impact.
• Educate teams to improve data literacy and governance.
• Collaborate with other analytics teams to share platforms and insights.
• Support discovery of product ideas and track business outcomes.
