Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiations, and closing.
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence processes across new investment opportunities.
• Conduct industry and market analysis to support investment theses.
• Actively engage with portfolio companies, supporting strategic initiatives and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to the development of investment strategy and pipeline origination in coordination with senior leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the investment team.

Candidate Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in private equity, transaction services (Big 4), or investment banking or PE.
• Proven track record executing M&A or direct investments.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities (Excel proficiency required).
• Experience working closely with management teams and portfolio companies.
• Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial team structure.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
