Formación

• 4-7 years' experience within Investment Banking, M&A or Corporate Finance.
• Experience at Tier-1 Investment Bank, Elite Boutique or leading Corporate & Investment Bank.
• Strong understanding of investment banking workflows, financial analysis and deal execution.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with senior investment banking teams to adopt AI workflows across the deal lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal product teams in shaping AI usage in IB.

Following the successful onboarding of a major European financial institution, the company is now building its Madrid team to support one of its most strategic client deployments to date. Madrid has quickly become one of the company's highest-priority locations as client adoption continues to accelerate across Europe.

This is not a traditional banking role.

It's an opportunity to apply your investment banking experience to help some of the world's leading financial institutions adopt the next generation of AI-powered workflows.

Who we're looking for:

We're specifically interested in professionals with:

• 4-7 years' experience within Investment Banking, M&A or Corporate Finance,


• Experience gained at a Tier-1 Investment Bank, Elite Boutique or leading Corporate & Investment Bank,


• Strong understanding of investment banking workflows, financial analysis and deal execution,


• Experience working directly with corporate or financial institution clients,


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders,


• Fluent Spanish and English.

• M&A Associate,


• Corporate Finance Associate,


• Investment Banking Vice President (early VP),

Professionals from Private Equity or top-tier strategy consulting will also be considered where they have a strong investment banking foundation.

You'll work directly with senior investment banking teams, helping them adopt AI workflows that automate repetitive analytical work while improving efficiency across the deal lifecycle.

Rather than selling software, you'll become a trusted advisor, partnering with clients and internal product teams to shape how AI is used within investment banking.
