Citi is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst in Madrid to support clients in capital raising and strategic advisory across M&A and corporate finance. You will work closely with senior bankers, build complex financial models, and prepare valuation and pitch materials to advance deals.

The role requires up to 2 years of IB experience, a UK 2:1 or equivalent, and fluency in English and Spanish. This is a full-time position based in Madrid, with a salary range of €90,000 to €115,000 per year.

Competenze

• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking or closely related financial field.
• UK 2:1 (or equivalent) degree in a Bachelor/University program.
• For candidates from a Spanish university, a grade of 7 or above is required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with senior CIB officers and team members on client transactions and assignments.
• Organize and analyze complex financial data to build client proposals and strategic plans.
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and deals.
• Conduct economic and financial research to support deal execution and client advisory.
• Evaluate a company's financial performance against industry trends and market dynamics.
• Construct and maintain complex financial models for valuation and decision making.
• Assess and mitigate risk, ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Perform under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
