Banco Santander SA seeks an M&A Analyst (TMT) based in Madrid to support the telecom & digital infrastructure investment banking team. You will prepare client materials, conduct sector and company analyses, and participate in live M&A and IPO transactions across Europe.

The role requires strong financial modelling, valuation and communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish. Prior investment banking exposure is preferred, and the team values bold thinking and teamwork.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic track record.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience in investment banking, M&A, ECM/IPO advisory or similar environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality client materials: pitchbooks, strategic reviews, management presentations and information memoranda.
• Conduct sector, company, investor and transaction analyses for European telecom and digital infra space.
• Monitor market developments, valuation trends, regulatory themes and investor activity across sub-sectors.
• Perform valuation work using DCF, comps, precedent transactions and other relevant methods.
• Build and review detailed financial models, operating models and merger scenarios.
• Support live transaction execution across M&A and IPO processes; coordinate due diligence and manage workstreams.
• Assist senior bankers with client dialogue, strategic analysis and origination ideas.
