Alantra is seeking an Analyst for the Real Estate Investment Banking team in Madrid to support M&A, debt advisory and capital raising transactions. You will build complex financial models, prepare client materials, and assist senior bankers in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in IB or related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. CFA is a plus; international exposure is valued.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or related field; CFA designation is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages valued.
• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, corporate development or management consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, comps, precedents).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, comps, precedents).
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, valuation metrics and industry trends.
• Lead the preparation of client presentations, investment memorandums and marketing materials.
• Support execution of live transactions including due diligence, negotiations and deal structuring.
• Assist origination and development of new business through market and company research.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to provide insights based on analysis.
• Coordinate with legal advisors, accountants and consultants.
