Citi is seeking an Off-Cycle Analyst to join its Investment Banking team in Madrid starting January 2027. You will support transaction execution, contribute to financial analyses, and help prepare client-ready materials in a fast-paced environment.

core training is provided; fluency in English and Spanish is required, and candidates with any academic background are encouraged to apply. The program runs for six months and offers hands-on experience across M&A, underwriting, and advisory work.

Formación

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree, or recently graduated.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory, both written and spoken.
• Strong academic record with 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level.

Responsabilidades

• Diligently collect and analyse company-specific information to facilitate transaction execution and research.
• Perform in-depth analysis and build financial models, including valuations, DCF, financing structures and comps.
• Generate and refine new business development presentations communicating complex financial concepts.
• Coordinate tasks with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project progress.
• Prepare internal documentation and ensure compliance with control regulations.
