Job summary

TAL in Madrid is seeking a Solutions & Execution Engineer to lead the technical definition, design, and execution of intralogistics projects. The role blends pre-contract work with execution, working closely with Sales, Project Management, customers and suppliers to deliver cost-effective, robust solutions.

The position is full-time and hybrid with base in Madrid, requiring strong engineering background, CAD skills and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse automation and material handling systems.
• Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer operational data to develop optimized automation solutions.
• Design automated systems using CAD and engineering tools.
• Coordinate technical activities between engineering, suppliers and project teams.
• Lead preparation of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Support installation, commissioning and go-live activities.
