L’Oréal offers a 5-month internship in Madrid spanning Digital, Finance, Communication and Operations. You’ll sign an internship agreement with a Spanish university, work full-time (35 hours/week, Mon-Thu 9:00-17:30; Fri 9:00-15:00), and start on October 15.

You'll be mentored and engage in meaningful projects to grow your skills in a vibrant, diverse environment. Open to graduates from Management, Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, Communication or Marketing, with proficiency in English

A Day in the Life

• Digital & Content: Dive into digital and e-commerce content creation, collaborating on innovative digital assets, content strategies, and campaigns for our brands.
• Finance: Analyze financial data, support financial controlling or credit operations, and work in a fast-paced environment where logic and forward-thinking are essential.
• Communication: Be a key voice for L’Oréal. Shape corporate messaging, manage stakeholder relations, and work on impactful internal and public communication projects.
• Operations & EHS: Contribute to operational efficiency, financial operations, and Safety, Health, and Environment (EHS) initiatives, ensuring top-tier safety standards and sustainable practices.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

• Can sign an internship agreement with your Spanish university for a full-time (35 hrs/week from Monday to Thursday from 9:00-17:30 and Friday from 9:00-15:00), 5-month contract, starting on October 15th.
• Has a degree in Management, Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, Communication, Marketing, or similar.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Speaks English and Spanish fluently.
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit and is highly motivated.
• Is enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
• Is a strong problem-solver and enjoys collaborating with others.
• Can effectively plan and manage projects.
• Is creative, innovative, and possesses strong analytical skills.
