A Day in the Life

At L’Oréal, your internship will be a real-world, immersive experience. You'll find a dynamic and diverse environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to exciting projects. You'll have a mentor who will guide you and help you reach your full potential.

• Sales: Analyze the market, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales for our 36 international brands. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a great customer experience, both online and offline.
• Marketing: Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns. Research the market, analyze data, and propose creative ideas to connect with our consumers.
• Communication: Be a key voice for L’Oréal. Create engaging content for various platforms, working across social media, public relations, and internal communications.
• Operations: Explore the future of supply chain with cutting-edge technologies like VR, RFID, 3D printing, AI, and collaborative robots (COBOTS). From planning and logistics to customer care, you'll be an integral part of what keeps our brands moving.
• Finance: Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and propose solutions to improve the company's financial performance. Work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where logic and forward-thinking are essential.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

• Can sign an internship agreement with your spanishuniversityforafull-time (35 hrs/week from monday to thursday from 9:00-17:30 and friday from 9:00-15:00), 6-month (900hs) contract.
• Has a degree in Management/Finance/Engineering/Business analytics/Marketing or similar.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Speaks English and Spanish fluently.
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit and is highly motivated.
• Is enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn and grow.Is a strong problem-solver.
• Enjoys collaborating with others.
• Can effectively plan and manage projects.
• Is creative and innovative.
• Has strong analytical skills.
• Is interested in business planning and strategy.
