L’Oréal Spain is offering an Internship in People Development & Learning – Human Resources. This role provides a real-world, immersive experience within a diverse, dynamic team. Under a mentor, you will organize training sessions, analyze evaluations, support intranet platforms, assist onboarding, and help plan end-to-end learning events.

English and Spanish fluency is required. No prior experience is required—just motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Management, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

In the People Development & Learning (PD&L) area, you will:

• Organize and coordinate local training sessions and initiatives.
• Record training evaluations in the system, analyze results, and propose improvement actions.
• Support employees with the use of our intranet and learning platforms, offering creative ideas to increase engagement.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth learning experience.
• Extract statistics, perform data analysis, and provide insights to the team.
• Support the team in planning and executing end-to-end learning events.

We Are Looking For Someone Who...

• Can sign an internship agreement with a Spanish university for a full-time (35 hrs/week), 6-month contract starting in September.
• Has a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Speaks English and Spanish fluently.
• Is enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Is creative, innovative, and able to manage projects effectively.
