Job summary

Nuvolar Works, S.L.U. is seeking a Human Resources Intern in Barcelona to join a dynamic HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in employee onboarding, HR projects, and administrative support. Ideal candidates are energetic students or recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's in HR/Psychology. Opportunities for professional growth and mentoring will be provided in a multicultural environment.

You'll work with an international team and gain exposure to various HR functions while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

The Role:

We won't spill all the exciting details just yet; first, let's discuss the exciting role waiting for you!

You’ll be part of the HR Dream Team. Yes, you read it correctly. Joining forces with Lucia, Marketa, Claudia and Jessica.

Now, let’s break down your day-to-day:

• Work with different tools like Excel, HRIS, Confluence and many more. Learn to use them, and become a master at it!
• Take part in the onboarding of new talent.
• Contribute to HR projects, such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and training programs.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Aid in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Helping with day-to-day office operation and logistic tasks in the Barcelona office.

You will also have the opportunity to face new challenges that will allow you to reach your potential. All this by having fun! Trust me, you will not get bored and more importantly, we will make sure that you have hands‑on experience involving different areas of Human Resources!
