Job summary

Le Collectionist is seeking an Onsite Concierge Assistant in Palma, working with our Conciergerie & Stay team. You will assist guests on-site with concierge and property-related requests, supporting the Pre-Arrival Team and local partners to ensure premium service.

Be part of a 4‑month internship from May 2027 to August 2027, with weekends rotation, access to laptop, dining tickets, and year-round events in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Spanish/French a plus.
• Currently pursuing hospitality, tourism or related studies.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site with concierge and property-related requests.
• Welcome international clients and support pre-arrival tasks.
• Help with property preparation, guest Welcome and follow-up.
• Support administration and payment-related tasks with team.
