Job summary

Le Collectionist in Ibiza is seeking a Pre-arrival Concierge intern to support guest management before arrival and to source, negotiate, and contract top local suppliers. The role includes updating itineraries, catalogs, and collaboration with marketing for destination guides.

The 4‑month internship starts May 2027, requires Spanish and English, and offers a laptop, paid month, and occasional weekend work as part of a hospitality team in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Student in business school, hospitality, tourism, or a program focused on project management or luxury.
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or high‑end services is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; a third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client management and assist in coordinating services and experiences.
• Develop and expand local partner network; assist in catalogs and destination guides.
• Update partner information and pricing; help create quotes, itineraries, and communications.
