Ventós Group is expanding its Sales team and is seeking a Sales Assistant to support sales operations, onboarding new customers, and handling quotations and orders. The role involves coordinating with Purchasing for timely delivery and generating export documentation, with a strong emphasis on customer communication.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in administrative roles, possible ADE/Business Administration or Chemistry background, and a high level of English.

Formación

• 2–3 years in an administrative role with strong customer service skills.
• Higher education in economics or chemistry or related training may be considered.
• High level of English.
• Desire to grow in a fast-growing company.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in sales and set up new customer accounts.
• Order samples and documentation; follow up with customers.
• Enter quotations and sales orders; inform customers of status.
• Coordinate goods arrivals with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare export documentation and liaise with HQ for export info.
• Manage customers through open, interactive communication.
• Identify customer needs and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with other departments.
