Crane Worldwide Logistics in Galicia, Spain seeks a Customer Service Specialist (Road Freight) to manage international road shipments across EU and non-EU regions, coordinating transport, tracking, and customs processes to ensure on-time delivery.

You will prepare documentation, liaise with brokers, carriers, and customers, handle billing and invoice validation, and maintain strong relationships while collaborating with European branches to optimize operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years experience in international road freight operations and customs documentation is considered an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international road freight shipments across Europe and non-EU countries, from pickup to final delivery.
• Manage the complete transport process, including collection, operational coordination, shipment tracking, customs coordination, and last-mile delivery.
• Prepare, review, and manage all transport and customs documentation required for import and export road freight operations.
• Coordinate customs clearance processes with customs brokers, customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Monitor shipments proactively to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve operational incidents efficiently.
• Maintain constant communication with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, documentation, and operational updates.
• Handle customer billing and validate supplier invoices accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and timely responses.
• Collaborate with other company branches and partners across Europe and internationally to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
