Crane Worldwide Logistics in Valencia, Spain, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Road Freight) to manage international road shipments across EU and non-EU markets. You will coordinate transport, handling documentation, and ensure on-time delivery while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, liaising with customers, carriers, and customs brokers, and supporting billing and invoice validation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in international road freight operations and customs documentation is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international road freight shipments across Europe and non-EU countries, from pickup to final delivery.
• Manage transport processes including collection, tracking, and last-mile delivery.
• Prepare, review, and manage transport and customs documentation for import/export road freight.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve incidents.
• Communicate shipment status with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
