Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Road Freight) in León to oversee international road shipments, coordinate transport and customs processes, and ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery. You will maintain proactive communication with customers and partners across Europe.

The role requires a strong service mindset, excellent English, and experience with road freight operations.

Formación

Experience in customer service and coordination roles.
Understanding of customs documentation and import/export basics.
Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate international road freight shipments across Europe and non-EU countries.
Manage transport process including collection, tracking, and last-mile delivery.
Prepare and review transport and customs documents for import/export operations.
Coordinate customs clearance with brokers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
Maintain communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams regarding status and updates.
Handle customer billing and validate supplier invoices.
Build relationships with customers and ensure timely responses.
