Crane Worldwide Logistics in Spain seeks a Ground Transportation Coordinator to manage international road freight shipments across Europe and beyond. You will coordinate transport, handle customs processes, ensure accurate documentation, and monitor departures to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in international road freight operations and customs documentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international road freight shipments across Europe and non-EU countries from pickup to final delivery.
• Manage the complete transport process including collection, tracking, and last-mile delivery.
• Prepare and manage transport and customs documentation for import/export operations.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve incidents promptly.
• Maintain communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams regarding status and updates.
• Handle customer billing and validate supplier invoices.
• Build relationships with customers through excellent service and timely responses.
• Collaborate with branches and partners across Europe to ensure efficient operations.
