Alstom in Madrid seeks a Signaling Services Project Manager to lead critical signalling projects, oversee maintenance and upgrades, and manage contracts and stakeholders. You will ensure safety, reliability, and high performance across railway operations.

The role involves governance, risk control, and collaboration with engineering, services, and supply chain teams to deliver value while pursuing business growth.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary systems and infrastructure deployment projects.
• Strong project management expertise in railway signalling.
• Customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage signalling services projects, including L2 and L3 maintenance activities and system upgrades.
• Oversee internal and external contract execution while ensuring compliance and financial performance.
• Lead project governance, quality management, and risk control activities.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivery excellence.
• Organise and lead project follow-up meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project financials, cash flow, invoicing, and asset optimisation.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, changes, and claims throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities for additional services and customer needs.
