• Over 5 years of experience in international rail signaling engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in team management.

• Strategize, plan, and steer the engineering scope to meet project goals.
• Manage technical delivery, ensuring scope, milestones, cost, and quality.
