• Monitor project obligations and track milestones toward contract goals.
• Issue contractual notices and manage third-party correspondence.
• Prepare and manage supporting documentation for claims and counterclaims negotiations.
• Provide training on contract/claim management to key project stakeholders.
• Offer reliable contractual and commercial analysis on request.
