Job summary

BARNES Marbella is seeking international real estate consultants to join their luxury market team in Marbella, offering autonomy and strong back-office support. Candidates will source exclusive properties, build a growing client portfolio and promote listings within Barnes’ global network.

English is mandatory; multilingual capabilities are highly valued. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship-building and delivering exceptional service to demanding national and international

Qualifications

• English is mandatory; other languages (Spanish, French, or others) valued.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Analytical and performance-driven in an international, collaborative environment.
• Organized, flexible and solution-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong focus on client service, experience with demanding international clients is a plus.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Managing and developing your own client portfolio.
• Promoting properties across the BARNES international network.
• Managing client follow-up, negotiations and closing transactions.

REQUIREMENTS

• English is mandatory. Spanish, French and any additional language will be highly valued.
• Professional profile with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset and a strong results-oriented approach.
• Analytical and performance-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in an international and collaborative environment.
