Engel & Völkers Marbella is seeking experienced Luxury Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team in Marbella, Costa del Sol. You will list and sell premium properties to international clients, win new listings, and advise buyers and sellers with discretion and expertise, backed by a world-renowned brand and a supportive team.

We offer structured training through the Engel & Völkers Academy, access to a global network, sophisticated tools and marketing support, with an attractive commission

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in real estate sales, preferably luxury on the Costa del Sol.
• Based on the Costa del Sol with an established local network.
• Proven ability to win listings, negotiate and manage client relationships.
• Fluent English and Spanish; German, Polish or other languages are a plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems and digital tools; able to manage your pipeline.

Engel & Völkers Marbella is growing, and we are looking for experienced Luxury Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team. If you already have a track record on the Costa del Sol and want the brand, tools and network to take your business to the next level, this is your move.

Your role

You will list and sell luxury properties for high-net-worth international clients. You will win new listings, advise buyers and sellers with discretion and expertise, and build relationships that last well beyond a single sale, backed by a brand and a team that give you a real competitive advantage.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of verifiable experience in real estate sales, ideally in luxury on the Costa del Sol (experience in other markets will also be considered)
• Already based on the Costa del Sol
• Strong knowledge of the local market and an established network of contacts
• Proven ability in listing acquisition, negotiation and client relationships
• Fluent English and Spanish (German, Polish or other languages are a clear advantage)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline
