BySales is looking to recruit a New-Build Property Sales Consultant for a long-term project focused on an international clientele in the Estepona area (Málaga).

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will handle enquiries, coordinate viewings, follow up with clients, negotiate reservations and sales contracts, and prepare marketing and market analysis reports. Fluent English is essential, and a strong commission structure accompanies a fixed salary.

Qualifications

• New-build residential sales experience required.
• Fluent English is essential; other languages a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Able to work independently with a strong sales focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
