Job summary

Engel & Völkers Marbella is seeking experienced Luxury Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team on the Costa del Sol. You will list and sell luxury properties for high-net-worth international clients, winning new listings and advising buyers and sellers with discretion and expertise.

You will build lasting relationships backed by a brand and a global network, leveraging sophisticated tools and marketing support to grow your business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of verifiable experience in real estate sales, preferably luxury.
• Already based on the Costa del Sol with an established network.
• Fluent English and Spanish; German or Polish a plus.

Your role

You will list and sell luxury properties for high-net-worth international clients. You will win new listings, advise buyers and sellers with discretion and expertise, and build relationships that last well beyond a single sale, backed by a brand and a team that give you a real competitive advantage.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of verifiable experience in real estate sales, ideally in luxury on the Costa del Sol (experience in other markets will also be considered)
• Already based on the Costa del Sol
• Strong knowledge of the local market and an established network of contacts
• Proven ability in listing acquisition, negotiation and client relationships
• Fluent English and Spanish (German, Polish or other languages are a clear advantage)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline
