Job summary

CINNAMOOD is seeking a Franchise Expansion Manager to drive international growth by building a high-quality franchise pipeline and collaborating with partners across markets. You will lead from initial contact through negotiation to handover to operations.

The role requires 3+ years in franchise development, experience in F&B/retail, strong negotiation and financial literacy, and willingness to travel. Fluent English required; other languages advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in franchise development, expansion, business development or a similar commercial role.
• Experience within F&B, hospitality, retail or consumer brands is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming franchise leads and identify new potential franchise partners.
• Qualify prospective franchisees based on financial capacity, operational experience, market knowledge and strategic fit.
• Conduct introductory calls, presentations and franchise meetings with potential partners.
• Manage the franchise sales pipeline and follow-up of opportunities and next steps.
• Prepare business cases, market assessments and commercial proposals for new territories.
• Support negotiations of franchise agreements and commercial conditions.
• Coordinate the due diligence and approval process for prospective partners.
• Work with Legal, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing during development.
