Job summary

MBE Worldwide seeks an International Business Developer Intern in Barcelona to support global expansion across the Middle East, North Africa and GCC regions. You’ll learn franchising fundamentals, perform market mapping, and assist in cross-border deal execution within a hybrid setup.

Successful candidates will work with the Worldwide & Development department, gain exposure to Master Franchise sales, and collaborate with internal teams across events and onboarding for new partners.

Qualifications

• Academic background in business/related field.
• Fluent English and native or professional proficiency in Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and mapping prospective franchise partners across Arabic-speaking markets.
• Prepare pitch decks and market data; organize franchise documentation.
• Maintain and update the CRM with the sales pipeline; support onboarding of new Master Franchisees.
