Werfen Immunoassay in Barcelona is seeking a Digital Solutions Service specialist to provide second‑level support for affiliates and distributors worldwide. You will install and configure Digital Solutions software and train users.

The role requires an engineering/technical degree, at least 2 years of service experience, strong networking/OS knowledge, and willingness to travel 25% internationally. Fluent English is mandatory.

Formación

• Engineering or technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years in technical service for applications in on-premise and cloud environments.
• Networking: enterprise concepts, security, firewalls, troubleshooting.
• OS configuration, logs, user management, licensing.
• SQL basics, database health checks, backups.
• APIs, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, cloud monitoring.
• Application/Web servers, monitoring, backup/recovery.
• Cybersecurity basics, GDPR knowledge, incident response.
• Hardware basics, RAID/NAS, drive/memory management.
• Knowledge of automation lines in labs and HL7/ASTM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Install and configure the Digital Solutions Software.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the customer’s network with hospital IT.
• Perform required technical training sessions.
• Respond to and resolve client problems related to software issues.
• Refer more complex problems to R&D and DF departments.
• Serve as liaison between the company and customers.
• Build customer relationships by informing on problem resolution.
• Carry out complex installs at client sites.
• Create service related documentation.
