Philips invites an Intern: Solutions project manager to join our Madrid office. You will work with incidents of server software solutions for Philips and customer environments, consulting customers on IT topics, and using Excel for data analytics.

You will connect tissue scanners to IT backends and maintain server/storage platforms on standardized Philips platforms. Fluent Spanish and good English are required, with Italian/French as a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma plus active student status at university, college or vocational ed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Interest in IT topics and hands-on data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in incidents handling for Philips server solutions and customer environments.
• Advise customers on technical IT topics and questions.
• Perform data analysis using Excel to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with scanner engineers to connect tissue scanners to IT backends.
• Maintain server and storage platforms on Philips managed systems.
• Document procedures, standards, and configuration settings.
• Provide technical contact to customers during implementation and ensure a smooth delivery.
