Philips Iberica SAU in Madrid offers a 6-month paid internship to support the Finance Team, with a morning schedule and 35h per week. The role involves close collaboration with various departments and learning SAP, Salesforce and Power BI.

You must be enrolled in ADE or Finance and obtain a convenio de practicas with your school. The office is in Sanchinarro and work is hybrid.

Internship: Finance Intern

Location: Madrid

Type: 6-month internship (you need to be enrolled as a student, we will be signing convenio de practicas with your school/university)

Time: 35h/week in morning schedule

Job title:

Support the Finance Team of Philips HealthSystem Iberia and be connected to other departments and functions to have a full view of the business.

Your role

• You will support the team and develop your skills in Finance area performing the following activities: help with Sales incentives process, provide support on monthly closure, do analysis of IGM, detect and control deviations, support the team with the project controlling tasks: revising planning project, check POs, cost controlling, deviation controlling.
• You will join a dynamic team, with a professional and fun workplace. You will work together with Market BP and billing manager, and collaborating with Project Managers, Supply Chain and Modality Sales Specialists.
• You will get to know our internal tools and work with SAP, Salesforce and Power BI.
• It will be a 6-months, remunerated internship. We work in a hybrid mode, our office is located in Sanchinarro, Madrid.

You're the right fit if

1. You are currently enrolled as a student, pursuing a degree in ADE or Finance. We will be signing convenio de practicas with your university/school. You can commit 35h/week in a morning schedule.
2. You are proactive, communicative, optimistic and you like to work in a team. You have problem-solving mindset.
3. You speak fluent Spanish and you have a very good level of English.
4. You can work with MS Office suite, and you have at least intermediate skills in Excel.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
