Philips invites an Intern: Solutions project manager to join our Madrid office. You will work with incidents of server software solutions for Philips and customer environments, consulting customers on IT topics, and using Excel for data analytics.

You will connect tissue scanners to IT backends and maintain server/storage platforms on standardized Philips platforms. Fluent Spanish and good English are required, with Italian/French as a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma plus active student status at university, college or vocational ed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in incidents handling for Philips server solutions and customer environments.
• Advise customers on technical IT topics and questions.
• Perform data analysis using Excel to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with scanner engineers to connect tissue scanners to IT backends.
• Maintain server and storage platforms on Philips managed systems.
• Document procedures, standards, and configuration settings.
• Provide technical contact to customers during implementation and ensure a smooth delivery.

Your role

Work with incidents of the server software solutions to Philips and Customer managed environments. Consulting the customers on technical IT topics and questions. Excel and data analytics. Working together with scanner engineers to connect high resolution tissue scanners to the IT backends that you set up and maintain. Work with server and storage hardware with Philips managed standardized platforms. Resolving incidents and finding clever workarounds for possible technical issues. Developing and maintaining implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, and configuration settings. Providing technical contact to customers during the implementation phase and owning the customer experience to ensure successful delivery and installation. Working as an active part of a project team to provide the customer with a predictable and professional delivery experience. Fluent Spanish and good English skills both written and oral. Italian and/or French could be a plus.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is an office role.
