Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, economics or engineering.
• Highly motivated with ability to manage a demanding schedule in a professional environment.
• Superior interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented, honest, open-minded, meticulous and client-focused.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages valued.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-depth research of capital markets, industries and competitors and analyze target companies for market strength, fit, and business model/biz plan.
• Develop tailor-made analysis tools to support valuation models.
• Value a wide range of entities using DCF, earnings, and market multiples; assess cost of capital per CAPM.
• Present results in clear, concise reports to project teams.
• Assist in developing client-facing presentations and publications.

Our M&A Advisory practice assists middle-market companies and is differentiated by industry expertise and superior deal execution. At Kroll, your work will help deliver clarity to our clients’ most complex governance, risk, and transparency challenges.

Navigating Responsibilities

• Performance of in-depth research of capital markets, industries and competitors as well as analyses of target companies, e.g. in terms of market strength, strategic fit, and business model / business plan
• Conception and development of tailor-made analysis tools to support existing valuation models
• Performance of valuations on a wide range of entities using discounted earnings, discounted cash flow, market multiples
• Analysis of capital markets and assessment of cost of capital according to CAPM
• Presentation of results in a clear and concise report to project team
• Assisting in the development of presentations and publications communicated to clients

The Ideal Candidate

• Current Degree Pursuit: Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, economics or engineering.
• Task Prioritization: Highly motivated with the ability to work a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial and highly professional environment. Prioritize tasks in a collaborative team environment.
• Communication Skills: Superior interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Team player, honest, open-minded, meticulous, responsible, flexible and client focused.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Language Skills: High command of English and Spanish. Other languages will be highly valued.
