Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager in our Transactions Advisory Group (TAG) to lead client engagements across multiple industries, delivering data-enabled financial and operational transparency during pre- and post-acquisition activities.

You will manage day-to-day client interactions, contribute to business development, and guide teams while collaborating with senior members to ensure project success across diverse deals.

Formación

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Transactions Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) within a Big4 firm or Private Equity Firm.
• Strong educational background in Finance, Accounting and/or Mathematics.

How You Will Contribute

As a Manager in our TAG practice, you will have the opportunity to work with our highly motivated and effective team of professionals on a variety of interesting projects across different industries including but not limited to manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, restaurants, business and industrial services as well as healthcare, software & technology, energy and financial services. You will add value to our clients by offering data-enabled business, financial, and operational transparency during pre-acquisition due diligence or post-acquisitions performance improvement projects.

Essential Experience

• Strong educational background and exceptional academic record, including a strong focus on Finance, Accounting and/or Mathematics
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Transactions Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) within a Big4 firm or Private Equity Firm.
• Fluent business level English and Spanish is essential. Other European languages are high advantageous
