TRADEBE is seeking an experienced professional to drive growth through acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield investments, and strategic initiatives in an international environment.

Lead the origination and execution of projects regionally and across six countries with a hybrid work model and exposure to strategic decisions. Fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong background in finance and dealmaking.

Formación

• 8–12 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Management Consulting, or Private Equity.
• Strong track record in strategy, transactions, and deal origination.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead origination and execution of greenfield, brownfield, and M&A projects from strategy to closing.
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities by market screening.
• Drive target assessments, business planning, valuation, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support high-impact strategic projects with scope definition and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with senior leadership, providing strategic insights for executive decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead the origination and execution of greenfield, brownfield, and M&A projects from strategy to closing.

• Drive target assessments, business planning, valuation, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support high-impact strategic projects by defining scope, performing business analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Partner with senior leadership by providing strategic insights that influence executive decision-making.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Management Consulting, or Private Equity, with a strong track record in strategy, transactions, and deal origination.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Nice to have: German language skills.
