Hesco Engineering Services in Madrid is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our international team. You will work on high-end residential and hospitality projects, contributing to concept development, 2D drawings, renderings, and mood boards.

The role requires a degree in Interior Design, 2–5 years of relevant experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Photoshop, CAD and InDesign; English communication is essential.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and/or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, CAD, InDesign; 3D tools and AI are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Concept Development: Contribute to or lead the design process, developing concepts aligned with the company’s design vision.
• 2D & Visual Design: Produce detailed 2D drawings, renderings, and mood boards using tools such as Photoshop, CAD, and InDesign.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions.
• Quality Control: Ensure high standards of design, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.
• Mentorship (Mid/Senior): Support and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication in English, both written and spoken.

We are currently looking for Interior Designer to join our team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, international environment working on high-end residential and hospitality projects.
