Hesco Engineering Services in Madrid seeks a Procurement Technician to support the procurement of Interior Design goods for multiple projects. You will liaise with suppliers, compare prices, and track orders within a design-focused team.

Qualifications include a 3+ year procurement background, a degree in business/purchasing, and strong MS Office skills. The role involves data management and compliance with regulations, in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, international business, purchasing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role.
• Proficiency in MS Office; data entry and record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular contact with suppliers to request quotations and gather information on product availability.
• Help compare prices and delivery terms.
• Follow up on orders and resolve issues related to delivery times.
• Help review procurement documents involving taxes, customs, or import/export regulations.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Update the company database with supplier and product information.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products.
• Assist in tracking external shipments and work with logistics.
