Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Legal Counsel to be based in Madrid or La Défense. The role involves acting as a business partner for underwriting departments, providing legal advice on day-to-day operations, and reviewing contractual documents including insurance contracts, confidentiality agreements, and brokerage protocols.

The successful candidate will also manage legal projects, monitor regulatory changes, and provide assistance on multinational programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in French private law (preferably insurance law).
• Professional experience in the insurance sector or law firms.
• Strong grasp of contract and tort law.
• Excellent writing skills in English and French.

Responsibilities
