Santander is seeking an Associate for CIB Institutional Structured Products in the U.S. Corporate Investment Banking group.

The role focuses on maintaining and developing relationships with hedge funds, money managers, insurers, banks, and other institutional accounts across MBS, ABS, CLOs, CMBS, esoteric and private credit. The salesperson coordinates between trading, banking and financing to serve clients and grow revenue, leveraging knowledge of the bank's product offerings across Santander

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years in sell-side or buy-side sales, trading, or banking roles.
• Experience with structured products and client-facing sales.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops and enhances relationships with traders and PMs at existing clients and targeted prospects, with the objective of enhancing revenue generation.
• Acts as the primary and first point of contact in all client interactions, shaping the client perception of the firm and ensuring clients utilize offerings.
• Connect originators with lenders, buyers with sellers, clients with bankers and, overall, provide solutions to problems.
