Job summary

Nordex Group in Pamplona, Spain, is seeking an experienced Installation QA Manager to lead the QA Technician team across concrete tower projects. You will oversee the integrated management system, coordinate meetings with subcontractors and other Nordex areas, and ensure construction quality.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, training in constructive processes, English at B2, and relevant experience; strong leadership and KPI management are essential.

• Lead and coordinate the team of Installation QA Technicians.

• Guide and support QA Technicians on quality topics during construction.
• Manage quality KPIs for the construction process and present data.

• Participate and/or support the Installation QA Technicians in the meetings with construction subcontractors, external companies and/or other areas from Concrete Tower GLS and Nordex for the quality-related topics of the projects or the business.
• Guide and give technical support to the team of Installation QA Technicians and teams of Site Quality Technicians with regards to the quality topics during the progress of the construction activities.
• Manager the quality KPIs for the construction process: collection, presentation, etc.
