Nordex Group is seeking an Installation Quality Coordinator to oversee quality procedures across Barásoain and Navarra projects. The role requires coordinating audits, non-conformities, and change management while driving improvements with engineering and supply chain teams.

The candidate should have an engineering education, wind industry exposure, and a strong command of English. Travel for long stays abroad is expected.

Formación

• Engineering or similar education required.
• Wind industry experience preferred.
• High level of English language.

Installation Quality Coordinator (m/f/d)

LOCATION: Barásoain, Navarra, ES, 31395

DEPARTMENT: HSEQ

TASKS:

• Oversee and enforce strict adherence to all Installation Quality procedures across the region’s projects, including Start-Up Audits, QASL, Non Conformity management, and Change Mgmt
• Continuously monitor the performance of all sites in the region, lead follow-up meetings, and report KPIs, monthly summaries, incidents, and findings to the relevant stakeholders
• Drive internal improvement projects, gather on-site feedback, and collaborate with engineering, sourcing, SQA, and other teams to solve deviations and strengthen weak points
• Provide on-site training for new Quality Leads, guide them in the correct application of Installation Quality processes, and deliver other quality-related trainings
• Collaborate with IQA back-office to create and update internal procedures, QCP, and documentation needed for correct and consistent execution of IQA processes globally

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: Engineering or similar
• Previous experience on Wind Industry and Quality
• Complementary Training: intermediate level computer skills
• Profile: Person with communication skills, organised, who knows how to work in a team, self-reliant, with initiative, proactive, sociable, observant and committed
• Languages: High level of English
• Availability to travel: long stays abroad
