Job summary

Trane in MTA-Madrid is hiring a Sales Inside Specialist to join the team. In this position you will be providing sales support in the design, application, and selection of MTA products. You will be working closely with our specifying engineer, owner, contractor and developer customers.

This role emphasizes proactive sales execution, market awareness, and solving technical and commercial problems to keep projects moving from inquiry to order.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales.

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the industrial sector.
•  
• Experience selling equipment and services to the industry.
•  
• Advanced level of English; proactive and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support in the design, application, and selection of MTA products.
•  
• Assist in estimating, submittals, and order entry.
•  
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and advising corrective action.
•  
• Support engineers with applications.
•  
• Understand market strategy and keep abreast of external conditions and internal requirements related to portfolio.
•  
• Identify product gaps and propose solutions with the MTA Equipment Sales team to prioritize and eliminate gaps.
•  
• Improve handoff processes between acquisition and fulfillment and support field personnel as liaison to office.
