Workwide is hiring Inside Sales Representatives in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. You will convert warm Swedish leads into customers, build your own client portfolio, and drive upselling in a fast-paced team.

You will work with an international team where Swedish is used daily. No Spanish required, and relocation to Fuengirola is welcomed, with a base salary plus attractive commission and a clear career path in sales.

Looking for a sales role where your Swedish is the asset, not the afterthought? A growing international company in home cleaning services and customer care is hiring inside sales representatives for their office in Fuengirola, on the Costa del Sol.

The role

You turn warm and inbound leads into customers, then keep them. Everyone you call has already raised their hand and shown interest, so this is not cold calling. You present the right solution, close, and follow the customer through the full journey.

A big part of the job is building your own client portfolio. Regular follow-ups, upselling and win-back activity mean more sales and more commission on top of your base.

The pace is high. Expect around 70 customer conversations a day.
