Job summary

Prysmian is looking for an Inside Sales T&I professional to join our Sales team in Spain. You will support customers and the Sales team through the order management process, from preparing and following up on standardized quotations to entering and monitoring customer orders.

You will be a key contact for inquiries and complaints, ensuring effective communication and reliable follow-up throughout the process.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales support or administrative role required.
Good user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
SAP knowledge is an advantage and can be acquired on the job.

Responsibilities

Provide telephone support to customers and the Sales team.
Prepare and follow up on standardized quotations.
Enter and process customer orders in SAP.
Monitor open customer orders and follow up on their status.
Handle customer complaints and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Perform administrative tasks related to sales and order processing.
Coordinate with the Sales network regarding orders, coverage, and customer complaints.
Collaborate with the Warehouse team to coordinate customer order shipments.
Work closely with Planning to obtain and communicate expected delivery times.
Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and complaints.
