Technica is seeking a Production Test/Process Engineer to join our fast-growing team. You will collaborate with hardware, software and prototype production to design semi-automated end-of-line tests and lead improvements across the production line.

You will diagnose electronics manufacturing defects from schematics, develop test sequences, and generate documentation and KPI reports. A background in automotive, telecom or related industries with knowledge of DFM/DFT and scripting in Python or C#

Formación

• Proven production/test engineering experience in automotive, telecom or industry sectors.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose electronics manufacturing defects.
• Experience with test automation and scripting (Python/C#).
• Familiarity with DFM/DFT and test equipment documentation.
• Knowledge of bus interfaces like CAN, I2C, SPI and Automotive Ethernet.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead semi-automated end-of-line test systems.
• Lead maintenance and continuous improvement of test systems.
• Expand test coverage and capabilities for existing products.
• Define timelines and tests for prototypes early in development.
• Create technical docs, test coverage reports and verification guides.
• Produce production reports and KPI analyses to identify issues.
• Analyze PCBA schematics to diagnose failures and support HW/SW.
• Support DFT/DFM discussions with development teams.
